Role responsibilities | |
1. Responsible for achieving P&L targets of the region | |
2. The ASM is accountable for the attainment of sales & collection targets. | |
3. Creating Infrastructure for AMAZE Business. (Create and execute channel expansion program basis market potential) | |
4. Use market insights and past data to forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets. | |
5. Strategy and execution of developing new distributors / dealers | |
6. Monitor competitor’s activitiesin (cluding sales and market activations.) | |
7. Establish systems, processes, and review mechanismsto support channel growth. | |
8. Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed salestargets Role essentials | |

Role essentials | |
1. An MBA degree from a reputed business school in India | |
2. 4-6 years of experience in the sales and marketing, Business Development (Channel Sales Exposer is must) | |
