- Basic understaing of Battery chemistries esp in Al-ion, Li-ion, Na-ion, Lead acid batteries
- Research and Development: Lead the research and development efforts for specialty carbons, metals and polymers, from conceptualization to final product development.
- Lab Trials: Plan, conduct, and oversee various laboratory trials to optimize formulations and processes.
- Battery Testing: To develop LCT and formation protocol for battery.
- To oversee, analyze and report the battery test data.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation for all research and development activities, testing activities and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
