  • Marketing MBA

 

Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience in handling a category management/marketing role or having a balanced exposure to both sales & marketing functions in that duration.

  • Fundamental understanding of business, channel & distribution
  • In depth & operational understanding of key marketing function vectors
    • New Product Launch & GTM strategy
    • Integrated Marketing Communication Campaigns
    • Ecommerce & Digital GTM
    • Developing & propagating a Communication/Creative brief based on the understanding of a business objective/scenario
    • Consumer Focus in positioning, communication development, journey mapping & touchpoint management

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing end to end marketing (4Ps) for a business category
  • Developing & executing Category Marketing Calendar aligned to the periodic action plan as aligned to business objectives
    • New Product Launches
    • Key seasonal & business campaigns
    • Support & drive region specific marketing requirements for category
    • HO driven & regional tactical initiatives
    • Budget planning & control for Category
  • Build & roll out new initiatives for channel & consumer development
  • Align & drive Brand Objectives through Category based actions
