Job Specification

This position is responsible for customer service initiatives for all Solar & High KVA products and brands Power Storage Business. Will be accountable for implementation of the strategy including delivery of customer service, trade satisfaction

 

Qualification/ Personal Attributes

B.E./3-year Diploma in Electronics/Electrical

3 TO 8 YEARS

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Monitor successful implementation of quality & standard project installations.
  • Taking care of pre-sales survey for Solar plant
  • Installation & Commissioning of Solar Hi End Products/Projects.
  • Handover & Maintenance of Solar Hi End Products/Projects.
  • Execute the customer service delivery for Solar & High KVA products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service deliveries like First Time Fix, Quality of repairs.
  • Ensure timely action on Product Quality issues reported from field.
