- To revalidate the MTM study of Production.
- To do the MTM Logistics study.
- To track the DLP & KE trend of all sections and Plant.
- To revalidate the Ergonomics Risk Assessment.
- To maintain the adherence of standards defined as per the Luminous standards.
- To ensure and deploy the SIM meetings.
- To ensure the deployment of 5S related activity in LPT-2.
- To filter/ compile suggestions and kaizens and share to all stakeholders.
- To evaluate the Best Suggestions and Kaizens.
- To provide training to the DVC, NDVC and Contractor employees related to ergonomics, types of waste, SIM Cycle, Suggestions, Kaizens etc.
- To do kaizens by using ECRS method, which impact the KPI related to PQCDSME.
