- New Battery Manufacturing Process Design & Development.
- Robust Parameter Setting of Battery Manufacturing Processes.
- Continual Improvement & Capability Study and improvement of Battery Manufacturing Process of all plants.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics (cycle time, yield, rejection etc.) and plan for optimization.
- Identify and implement process control measures (CTP/CTQ) to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
- Preparation & Release of all Process Specifications and Material Specifications for operations.
- Manage IMS and other audits for Battery R&D.
- Experience in using Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools will be an added advantage.
