Job Purpose

Retail level planning and organizing the marketing activity for all the product categories in the respective territory.

 

Retail Planning for all the Business
  • Region Specific and Business Specific.
  • Activity Calendar- region wise and state wise.
  • Monitoring and execution as per the retail plan.

 

 

Awareness and shop visibility exercise – For all category
  • To develop innovative BTL Plan
  • Develop Innovative POSM material (cost effective)
  • POSM/POP deployment in all the retail touchpoints
  • Monitoring the audit compliance

Competitors data Analysis
  • Regular market visit
  • Competitors activity tracking
  • Come up with logical solution

Vendor Management

  • Monitoring efficiency of vendors regionally.
