Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Channel Development:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel operations strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Identify and evaluate new channel opportunities and expansion strategies.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all channels.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Conducting Channel partner meets for relationship building/scheme communication/product demonstrations etc
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
    • Resolve channel partner issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Technology and Systems:
    • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to optimize channel operations.
    • Ensure effective utilization of CRM, ERP, and other relevant systems.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in channel operations technology
  • POS Management and Execution:
    • Ensure effective placement and execution of POS materials in retail outlets.
    • Track and measure the impact of POS initiatives on sales performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare regular reports on trade marketing performance, including ROI analysis.
    • Use data insights to optimize trade marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
