Job Specification

 

Frontline role handling Service centers directly. Monitors service quality and coaches service centers to achieve desired service levels. This position is directly responsible for the overall customer service operations for all products manufactured/marketed by Luminous Power Technologies Ltd in the given area. Will be accountable for implementation of the strategy at ground level.

 

Qualification/ Personal Attributes

 

B.E. (Regular) / B. Tech (Regular) / 3 Years Diploma.

Specialization in:

Solar or Renewable Entergy / Computer / Computer Science / Electronics / Electricals / Electronics & Telecommunication / Industrial Electronics / Mechanical / Information Technology

 

4 to 6 Years as Area Service Manager.

 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

 

  1. Ensure to give best-in-class service to customer through: ASP (Authorized Service Provider) / ASC (Authorized Service Center) /
  2. Ensure Key Service Deliveries like TAT, Customer NPS, Customer satisfaction, Productivity are met consistently
  3. Monitor the performance of service centers with strong periodic review mechanism
  4. Ensure to manage service center inventory as per MSL & credit limits across all service centers
  5. Ensure to generate service revenue through AMC Sale, SPD Sale & Accessory Sale
  6. Ensure to keep trained field technician / field service engineer at all service center location in adequate quantity
  7. Ensure no escalation from trade & end customers
  8. Ensure planned visits to trade & resolve issues timely & maintain good market reputation
  9. Monitor successful implementation of quality systems and standards in the service departments.
  10. Build sustainable competitive advantage in service operations
  11. Execute the customer service strategy for all products across the service network
  12. Ensure to do regular audits of service center infrastructure and inventory
