Role responsibilities |

1. Responsible for achieving P&L targets of the region |
||
2. The ASM is accountable for the attainment of sales & collection targets. |
||
3. Creating Infrastructure for AMAZE Business. (Create and execute channel expansion program basis market potential) |
||
4. Use market insights and past data to forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets. |
||
5. Strategy and execution of developing new distributors / dealers |
||
6. Monitor competitor’s activitiesin (cluding sales and market activations.) |
||
7. Establish systems, processes, and review mechanismsto support channel growth. |
||
8. Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed salestargets Role essentials |

Role essentials |
||
1. An MBA degree from a reputed business school in India |
||
2. 4-6 years of experience in the sales and marketing, Business Development (Channel Sales Exposer is must) |
