We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tax Intern to assist the taxation team in handling compliance, documentation, and financial reporting tasks. This internship will provide practical exposure to indirect taxation.

Qualification/ Personal Attributes

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance)
  • Basic understanding of taxation laws and accounting principles
  • Familiarity with GST and Income Tax concepts

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books)
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Job Description

Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)Support in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation for individuals and corporates. Help maintain tax records, invoices, and financial data.Assist in tax computations and reconciliations.Work on TDS calculations and returns filing.Support during tax audits and assessmentsResearch on taxation laws, amendments, and compliance requirementsCoordinate with internal teams for collecting required financial data
