  • 3-4 yrs. of experience in a sales support role in international market
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular) and CRM software.
  • MBA in International Business or a related field preferred

Job Description

  • Create and process orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to follow up on orders and ensure readiness from the production team.
  • Maintain a well-organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales team use.
  • Provide sales data and reports to the Sales Head on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly Dashboard and Sales Pipeline Tracker to monitor sales progress.
  • Compile and present Monthly Performance Dashboard highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data sets, identify insights, and support decision-making processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders across various departments including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Marketing, Product Marketing, and Production.
  • Independently manage customer accounts, ensuring prompt follow-up for administrative purposes and troubleshooting assistance for order-related issues.
  • Develop and nurture relationships of trust with a portfolio of customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and translating these into actionable strategies.
  • Connect with customer, provide shipment details and docs on time
