Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience: 6-8 years of experience in E-commerce, Brand Management, with a proven track record of driving online sales.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, and online sales processes (Preferably in Electronics) or have worked as KAM for E-Comm channel with a manufacturing Organization and handled business on Flipkart or Amazon or both.
  • Proficient in Key Account Management, managing data, and leveraging insights to drive penetration.
  • Experience with product assortment planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel) is a plus.

 

Job Description

- To Prepare Joint Business Plan, defining the metrics, and driving the sales on the eCommerce accounts both Amazon and Flipkart and it should be in-line with the AOP targets of Sell-In and Sell-Out.

- Plan marketing investments and campaigns with Category & Digital marketing team to ensure the numbers are on track.

- Building relationships with the Planning and Executing team to complete business operations of e-commerce at each level including Legal, Finance and Commercials.

- Define Schemes for both front-end and Backend to ensure margins are met and numbers aren’t compromised.

- Front end operations, Product Assortment, Supply chain, Distribution, CRM, and brand marketing activities to increase the digital presence of the brand and product performance.

- Setting and achieving aspirational growth targets for the online side of the business
- Building the forecast at a product at region and account level with the help of SCM team and monitoring the products listed and ensuring the deliveries of orders to achieve a market share of products.
- Establishing working relationships with e-commerce partners, improving content on partner platforms & driving and enabling exclusive launches
- Understanding the Key Business Drivers for this channel and ensure there should not be any cross channel conflicts
- Collaboration with internal as well as external stakeholders to achieve the desired share in each category

- To build a Phase-In and Phase-Out plan for New Launches and EOL models respectively to ensure we should have an adequate amount of inventory required.
