- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate failures in products, systems, or processes to identify their root causes using methodologies such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and other analytical techniques
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures based on findings from analysis
- Document Findings: Create comprehensive reports that detail analysis results, methodologies, and recommendations for improvements. Present findings to stakeholders
- Participate in Training: Conduct training sessions to promote understanding of RCA methodologies and help develop the skills of team members
- Data Analysis: Utilize statistical analysis tools and software to analyze failure data and trends to facilitate continuous improvement efforts
- Conduct detailed failure analysis investigations on products or equipment
- Develop and implement plans for addressing root causes of failures
- Create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve failure trends
- Perform risk assessments to prevent future failures
- Work with suppliers to improve product quality
