Key Responsibilities

 

Retailer Engagement & Collaboration

  • Create and execute retail engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships with retailers.
  • Lead collaborative efforts with internal and external partners to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Develop annual calendars for retail and loyalty initiatives, aligning them with overarching business goals.

 

Loyalty Program Management

  • Design, launch, and manage a comprehensive loyalty program for partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost program participation and retention.
  • Monitor key metrics including reward points, redemptions, and overall user engagement.
  • Analyze program data to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
