Job Description  

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Annual Budget Preparation:

Support the preparation of the annual budget, including data collection, analysis, and presentation.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.

Develop budget models and scenarios to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.

2. Margin Analysis:

Conduct gross margin analysis, variance analysis, and mix analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Review business performance and supprt decision making  by providing stakeholders with menaingful insights and visibility on  business performance on regular basis

Drive discussion with senior stakeholder to extract insights , understand business and assist in building a narrative

3. Price Variance Calculation:

Calculate price variance and analyze its impact on overall financial performance.

Monitor market conditions to anticipate potential variances for  Quarterly forecast.

Provide insights and recommendations based on variance analysis to optimize pricing strategies.

4. Quarterly Forecasts:

Prepare detailed Quarterly forecasts for Analysis of Change (AOC). 

Coordinate with various teams for data collection and analyze historical data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy.

Communicate forecast assumptions and results to senior management and stakeholders.

5. GSC Reporting & Interface:

Collaborate with industrial teams to analyze and report on industrial productivity, Quality Value Engineering (QVE), Raw Material Index (RMI), & Base Cost .

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

Facilitate regular meetings with industrial teams to review performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

6. Business Presentation

Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings, Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and other key meetings.

Ensure presentations are clear, concise, and visually appealing, effectively communicating complex financial information.

Coordinate with different teams to gather relevant data and insights for inclusion in presentations and building a crisp narrative.

Using various digital AI tools for analysis and hands-on preparation of PPT presentations
