Job Specification

 

Responsible for Positioning, Messaging and GTM strategy for Luminous products. Act as a bridge between product, sales and marketing teams to ensure products resonates with customers / business partners and drives business growth.

Qualification/ Personal Attributes

  • PGDM Marketing or B.Tech
  • Up to 2 years of experience in handling product management or product marketing activities including new product launch, customer insights and strategy along with GTM
  • Technically sound with good knowledge and understanding of basic electrical concepts
  • Strong Communication Skills, Adaptability and Ownership Mindset
  • Creativity and Attention to Detail
  • Understanding of the energy industry
  • Familiarity with product Lifecyle and User journeys

Job Description

Strategy:

  • Partner with Product Management to define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise product capabilities.
  • Leverage market research and user feedback to refine product positioning and ensure relevance.
  • Lead go-to-market activities for new product and feature launches, ensuring maximum impact.
  • Act as the customer voice internally, gathering insights to enhance product and marketing alignment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting innovative marketing strategies to maintain product competitiveness.
  • Create training materials and programs for the sales & customer success teams
  • Organize and run product-focused events and webinars to engage customers
    and prospects
  • Create strong online momentum ahead of and during product launches & key company milestones

 

Operations:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns seamlessly across product touchpoints.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and partners to boost product visibility.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze sales data and channel information and then create plans to improve product line sales, highlighting our value proposition
