  • Post-Graduation in HR preferably from Tier 2 institute
  • 0-2 years of experience preferably in HRBP domain.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Experience working with a diverse workforce.
  • Communicate effectively to a diverse audience
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Job Description

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in alignment with company policies.
  • Responsible for managing Engagement Surveys, Exit Interviews and drive employee engagement initiatives and measure their impact.
  • Promote a culture of agility, inclusivity, and innovation to adapt to changing business needs.
