General Manager - Firmware

Job Purpose

• Firmware development for the new product development as per the roadmap
• Continuous improvement in the running products as per the feedback 

Primary Job Responsibilities

Firmware development for power electronics products

5. Firmware development for the power electronics products
6. Working on new platforms for the future product series
7. Taking Initiatives in getting & proposing new ideas for development process
8. Debugging and problem solving skills in new product development process
9. Working with hardware engineers to improve the existing designs and implementation of new designs
10. Following the standard coding guidelines for the firmware development
11. Documenting the project related information like Flow Diagrams, Requirement Specifications, Test Schedule
12. Maintenance of old and running product firmware with new improvements and updates as per feedback

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant/Additional Experience

Firmware integration with hardware boards, Knowledge of embedded communication technologies and IOT, Experience in hardware oriented / embedded firmware development, Excellent Programming Skills in C language, experience of working on different embedded development platforms such as Microchip, Texas Instruments, ST microelectronics etc., Hands on firmware design and development experience.

Experience in Power Electronics Industry, Power backup systems, solar products
