Job Description: Arabic Language Expert

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Arabic Language Expert to support our sales team by bridging communication gaps with Arabic-speaking distributors and dealers. This role involves facilitating smooth business communication, supporting sales initiatives, and travelling to distributors and dealers to promote and push materials effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Arabic-speaking communication link between the sales team, distributors and dealers.
• Translate and interpret Arabic to English (and vice versa) for emails, meetings, product discussions, and negotiations.
• Travel to distributors and dealer locations to represent the company and effectively promote our materials.
• Assist the sales team in explaining product features, benefits, and commercial terms to Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
• Help build strong relationships with distributors and dealers and ensure smooth coordination between sales and supply teams.
• Provide cultural insights to improve communication, negotiations, and market presence.
• Support sales growth by pushing material availability, ensuring distributor and dealer engagement, and helping drive demand.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales support, customer relations, or market coordination.
• Willingness to travel frequently to distributors and dealer locations.
• Ability to independently manage communication and follow-ups.
• Good understanding of Middle Eastern business culture (preferred).
