The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to lead the Institutional Sales HkVA in a Region, own the strategy and outcome for sales with HkVA products through Institutional /corporate customers, consultants and System Integrators for Energy Storage Solutions/Products.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Designs and owns the strategy and roadmap for the HkVA products under Institutional sales vertical at a regional level.
  • Identify and manage the partner ecosystem to increase revenue of HkVA.
  • Timely support technically and commercially to channel partners, to improve the chance of conversion of HkVA and increase the market share.
  • Initiates and follows up on new B2B opportunities, Institutional customers and provide best solutions from the product mix.
  • Leads new business meetings and give technical presentations to institutional customers and consultants.
  • Organize Seminars and Customer connect program for Electrical Consultants.  Develops and maintains relationships with sub-advisors and consultants.
  • Sales Projection, Business Plan Cutting, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly review.
  • Maintaining timely collection from market.
  • Leverages the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
  • Collaborates with Marketing team on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity.
  • Build partner network in the required verticals dedicated to HKVA.
