Key Responsibilities
Channel Finance & Collection Strategy
Support Mechanism for Channel Finance Onboarding strategy.
Formulate Collection followup strategy region & channel wise.
Customer wise collection tracking.
Follow up with Region & Customer on Overdue collection in Banks.
Timely Fetching of Payment from Customers CF Bank Account and timely Updation of Collection in SAP.
Responsible for Security Cheques & Appointment forms mgt.
Credit Limit Fixation & Updation in SAP
Strict implementation of approved Credit Risk Policy standards.
Credit Limit Calculation & updation in SAP every month.
Blocking of Credit limits for non-receipt of Balance confirmations.
Systematic review of Credit Limits for increase during the month.
Reporting and MIS for Decision support system
Provide strong internal reporting and operating systems to facilitate timely action and decision making.
Provide strong Decision Support System for monthly review with Credit & Commercial Controller.
Monthly Channel Finance analysis & reports for detailed updates Banks Limit Utilization Etc.
Audit ,Compliance & Internal Control
Ensure compliance of all processes & policies for operational efficiency across all functions and eliminate all Risk observations.
Help in developing and implement various Auditing procedures in line with the standard Auditing and Accounting procedures.
Facilitate standard procedures for tax and internal audit.
