  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cost analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Purchase Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement analytics, cost analysis, and supply chain management. They will be responsible for analyzing component costs, BOM costs, and reporting to management on the progressive BOM costs for SKUs in our business. Additionally, they will create backend awareness for purchase buyers to ensure cost-effective buying while keeping vigilance on cost situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed component cost analysis and BOM cost analysis to support procurement decisions.
  • Report to management on the progressive BOM costs for various SKUs, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using PowerBI to monitor procurement metrics and supplier performance.
  • Create backend awareness for purchase buyers, ensuring they are informed about cost-effective buying practices and current cost situations.
  • Implement strategies to optimize procurement costs and improve supplier relationships.
  • Streamline procurement workflows to automate order processing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
