Job Specification

To lead and establish the Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Statutory Compliance, Contract Labour Management, Security, CSR coordination, and HR Operations functions for the Greenfield Solar Manufacturing Plant at Gopalpur. The role will be responsible for developing a high-performance workforce while ensuring compliance with all statutory, labour, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualification/ Personal Attributes

Essential

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
  • MSW (HR/IR) may also be considered

Preferred

  • Degree in Labour Laws
  • Certification in Industrial Relations or Labour Compliance

 

Experience

  • 12-18 years of experience in Manufacturing HR

1. Greenfield HR Setup

  • Establish HR systems, policies, processes, and SOPs for plant operations.
  • Develop manpower planning aligned with project and commissioning timelines.
  • Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and stabilization phases.
  • Implement HRMS and digital HR processes.
  • Develop organizational structure and workforce deployment plans.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead hiring for:
  • Manufacturing

  • Engineering & Maintenance
