• Improving the productivity level of the workers on continuous basis by workmen’s training and by bringing into use the standards of the performance derived from work measurement studies etc.

Multiskilling of Operators and Supervisor

• On the basis of workload analysis, focus on multiskilling of operators and Supervisors, identify the Area of Improvement and provide or arrange resources to upgrade their skill level

Monitoring of Resources

• Evolve resource plan for manpower and budget with definite timelines for the year. Monitor and track the same for compliance

Data and MIS preparation

Provide or make all the relevant data(ISO, rejection report, production report, Breakdown analysis) related to Production, and can present as and when required
