  • Identify opportunities for preventing waste and inefficiency during production.
  • Reducing Takt time from the current parameters, Low-cost automation.
  • Research and test design ideas to determine feasibility, utilizing lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis to formulate and support innovation, corrective actions, and improvements.
  • Data Analysis – Cycle Time, Lead Time, Value Adding & Non-Value Adding time etc.
  • Design and develop robust manufacturing concepts to simplify and improve processes and ensure best practices
  • Support the implementation of improvement program across Operations & Supply Chain vertical.
  • Analyse data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement, track progress, and measure the impact of Lean initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making
  • Identify gaps and bottle neck in end-to-end processes basis loss tree analysis and develop plan to deliver the improvement glidepath in partnership with cross functional teams.
  • Bring in Best Practices through Internal & External Benchmarking to drive Operational Excellence along with Automation & Digitalization
  • Understand & Convert Business initiatives into Special Projects & drive Excellence to for future Growth & Margin Improvements.
  • Collaborate & Partner with Technical Operations team to support Change Management & Validation Processes for the System & Process changes.
  • Build Network – Propose Solutions to improve the Ways of Working within team & with different Stakeholders
  • Drive Efficiency & Productivity through Chronic Problem solving, Asset Utilization, Capacity Optimization, Make Vs Buy strategic decision making, Capital optimization, etc.
  • Track & Report Progress along with Data Analytics - as Governance Leader, Review and assess the improvement program, monitor project outcomes, and identify further areas for optimization. 
  • Should have a good understanding of production processes and related fields such as: GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice), WCM (World Class Manufacturing), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Operational Excellence
  • Assist in investigations of major root cause analysis, process mapping and other operational excellence and profitability improvement techniques and prepare the recommendations for future improvements
