Find out new technology and source accordingly product specification and process requirement

Monitoring of Resources

Monitor and track the project (new product / Project, Part development, Validation & Qualification). Involve R&D for any technical support

Troubleshooting / Problem Solving expertise

Based on RCA meetings identify long pending issues with Complex solutions and implement the same without business impact.

SOP preparation and updation

Based on process changes update SOPs and define variant charts data regularly. Ensure training to Maintenance and Production team to adhere to the changes and improvement made
