• Experience  : 2-5 Yrs experience with SAP/ERP Systems and business process analysis.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage the ECR lifecycle in SAP.
• Create and validate ECRs based on product or process change requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including NPD, Quality, and Finance for review and approvals.
• Perform cost impact analysis for proposed changes.
• Upload and maintain accurate BOMs in the SAP system.
• Ensure all changes go through quality control before release.
• Release Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) after approvals.
• Maintain communication with the Finance team to update ECR status, Costing and Routing support.
• Material Master Management
• Handle material creation requests and ensure logical structure.
• Initiate new material codes in SAP.
• Communicate new codes to stakeholders for Excel BOM finalization.
• Ensure timely code approval and extension across plant locations.
