- To ensure 5S in LPT-2
- To collect suggestions from all DVC’s & NDVC for recording & Implementation.
- To filter out Kaizens from suggestions & record in register.
- To provide 5S training on shop floor and training room.
- To ensure adherence of 5S Audits and NC closures
- Study and assessment of ergonomics and SMB-2. Improve the low rating points and eliminate the NVA’s.
