- Daily Safety pulse update.
- Follow-up with all other plants for EHS related data, MIS etc.
- MIS data follow-up & report for Daily, weekly & monthly reporting
- Compiling and submission data centrally for all Luminous sites
- SOP’s updating, collection and its controls get from system department.
- Organizing EHS related meetings
- Routine EHS audits and inspection of non-compliances.
- Bill processing to finance department and sending provisions,
- Raising indents for purchase and service contract
- Hazardous waste, e-waste, Biomedical waste management and data recording.
- Training on various EHS aspects like firefighting, chemical handling etc.
- Safety committee meeting coordination
- Monthly EHS audits
- Sampling of environmental parameters.
- Near Miss Condition tracking and updating
- BOPT/FLT license issuance
- Plant EHS data board updating
- Accident tracker updating
- Inspection of sites/ third parties for EHS compliances
- Must have proficiency in digital working with good presentation & communication skill, and good record keeping and good discipline too
