Own end to end service performance of assigned Solution business categories, high up time, low failure rate ,fast resolution with cost balance & drive KPI.

 

Qualification/ Personal Attributes

03 Year Diploma or 04 Year Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with having 10 Years + Experience in Service of Inverter, Solar, Lithium Ion Battery.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • End to end service management of all Lithium-Ion batteries, Lib-ER Chargers.
  • Manage L2 & L3 technical escalations & critical customer issues of Lithium-Ion batteries.
  • Build service capability & scalability through training & skill development Team for all upcoming Lithium-ion batteries related products launch.
  • Implement repair first strategy to reduce replacement/warranty cost
  • Monthly analysis of Repeat failure, early failure & other call data.
  • Cross Functional Coordination with Quality, R&D, Manufacturing and sales to improve products quality.
  • Coordination with supply chain to ensure Spares availability at all ASP/CSC locations for smooth operation
  • Drive high level performance of all products related to Solution Business & Publish service KPI dashboard and management reports.
  • Ensure service readiness for all upcoming Li-Ion products.
