Job Description: -

1.Responsible for managing Process quality as per Quality Plan. To drive Process robustness approach for all section (Inverter Lines, Transformer line and PCB Line)

2.Basic knowledge of Inverters, Grid Tie Inverters & Transformers.

3.Knowledge of ESD (Electro Static Discharge)

2.Having knowledge of Inverter manufacturing.

3.Having knowledge of 7QC Tool, Six Sigma & 8D.

2.Promoting use of Problem-solving methodology within the department. Drive improvement actions to reduce supplier rejection and improve process quality.

3.Resolution of all vendor related issues & Create Single interface between plant & Vendor.

4.Calibration requirements and support him in calibrating the instruments / machines pertaining to the assigned lines

5.Baisc knowledge of Quality Module in SAP.

6.Proficent in MS office (Power Point & Excel)
