Productivity Improvement :
•Improving the productivity level of the workers on continuous basis by workmen’s training and by bringing into use the standards of the performance derived from work measurement studies etc.
Troubleshooting / Problem Solving expertise :
•Based on RCA meetings identify long pending issues with Complex solutions and implement the same without business impact
Ensure safe working Environment :
•Ensure safe working environment for Employees working in plant through conducting safety audits, training to employees
Multiskilling of Operators and Supervisor :
•On the basis of workload analysis, focus on multiskilling of operators and Supervisors, identify the Area of Improvement and provide or arrange resources to upgrade their skill level
Production planning :
•Plan the shop floor activity to meet the customer requirement, even there is fluctuation in the market demand
Monitoring of Resources :
•Evolve resource plan for manpower as per customer demand
Customer Focus :
•Based on the customer need, plan the shop floor accordingly and actively participate in customer complaints and provide solution
Data and MIS preparation :
•Provide or make all the relevant data(ISO, rejection report, production report, Breakdown analysis,5S, SIM Management, Suggestions ) related to Production, and can present as and when required
Coordination with Different Support Function :
•Coordinate with different support function to run the business smoothly and provide the better product in market
SPS :
• SPS score – Standard Level
