Continuous Improvements Projects

Identify solutions and drive the implementation for Productivity Improvements on Labor productivity, process Improvement, Safety and MPH.

Troubleshooting / Problem Solving expertise

 Based on RCA meetings identify long pending issues with Complex solutions and implement the same without business impact.

Capacity rebalancing

Effective execution of Business decisions on supply chain rebalance for varying needs in demands. Establish process and capacity with new Sub-contractors and support them during ramp up.

Make or Buy decisions :

 Participate and identify options for Make or Buy decisions of any process for better cost Management. Support new process change for Make or Buy based on business decisions.

Develop  New Equipments and Processes

Identify Vendors for NPP process without disturbing Safety and Quality with returns on Standard Schneider rules. Adopt BAT for process and excel the manufacturing process to Global Standards.

Monitoring of Resources

Evolve resource plan for manpower and budget with definite timelines for the year. Monitor and track the same for compliance.

Technology transfer from Projects

Learn the process from the projects team. Participate in the implementation, validation and qualification of the processes. Take charge of all technology transfer documents including drawings, test methods SOPs. Train the production team in implementation of the processes; Prepare and provide commission reports to the projects, maintenance and finance team.

SOP preparation and updating  & SPS

Based on process changes update SOPs and define variant charts data regularly. Ensure training to the production team to adhere to the changes and improvement made. Drive all Actions to guarantee strict adherence to SPS throughout the Plant Operations.

Line Database updating  -

Receive technical information from quality and update the Laser files, Label printing, Barcode printing and scanning database.
