- To be able to conduct Line Architecture and Design Methodology for E2E Inverter manufacturing and Capacity Management, OTR Calculation, DLP and KE, KER, OEE Calculations and DLP improvement plans.
- To be able to drive decision making through manufacturing task execution, Performance KPIs monitoring in order to meet expected levels of Safety, Quality, Service level and Efficiency.
- Ability to identify, analyze and implement improvements to the technical limit of our manufacturing process.
- To be able to design and implement manufacturing processes for new offers allowing the best operational performance in safety and environment, quality, service, costs and capital engaged.
- To be able to use an appropriate Continuous Improvement methods (e.g. Go Do It, A3 problem solving, 8D, Kaizen, Lean 6 Sigma etc.) to improve processes by identifying & then reducing waste, variation & defects, meeting the needs of the Customer & Business.
- Ensure successful execution of strategies. Monitor and follow-up on plans using relevant metrics (short-term and long-term). Take the necessary steps to overcome obstacles and push goals. Maintain high levels of energy in a fast-paced environment.
- Present sound arguments with energy and conviction. Understand and respond to others’ needs and agendas. Leverage own network to build support.
- Create a foundation of support through integrity and consistency and demonstrates Core Values of the Organization.
