• Fresh graduates with strong interest in electrical testing and data analytics are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

Role Overview:

The Electrical Test Laboratory Engineer/GET will support the evaluation, testing and maintenance of lead‑acid batteries. The role involves conducting routine inspections, executing test procedures, ensuring safety compliance and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities, good documentation skills and a willingness to learn in a dynamic R&D environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine tests on lead‑acid batteries (voltage, specific gravity, visual inspection). 

• Assist in capacity testing and ensure accurate data recording. 

• Prepare, review and periodically update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 

• Report abnormalities, deviations and defects to senior engineers. 

• Maintain documentation to ensure readiness for SPS audits. 

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for technical and management reviews. 

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify improvements based on test data. 

• Assist in creating dashboards and integrating data with Power BI for dynamic reporting. 

 

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of electrical concepts (voltage, current, resistance, power). 

• Strong documentation, observation and analytical skills. 

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with Power BI. 

• Ability to integrate Excel data into Power BI for visualization and reporting. 

• Understanding of data governance and compliance processes
