Qualification/ Personal Attributes

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
• 8–12 years of experience in quality assurance/control in battery manufacturing or similar industries
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
• Experience in managing quality across assembly and charging operations
• Familiarity with ISO standards, IATF 16949, and other relevant certifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Job Description

• Lead quality assurance and control activities for Assembly and Charging sections
• Ensure adherence to product quality standards and customer specifications
• Implement and monitor in-process quality checks and final inspection protocols
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations and customer complaints
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues
• Maintain documentation for audits, certifications, and compliance
• Train and guide quality engineers and inspectors across shifts
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools like 7QC, FMEA, and SPC
• Ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, and other statutory requirements
