Qualification/ Personal Attributes

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
  • 5–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing plant
  • Hands-on experience in HT/LT systems, PLCs, drives, and utility equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and shift management skills
  • Familiarity with preventive and breakdown maintenance practices
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts

 

Job Description

  • Responsible for electrical maintenance activities during the assigned shift
  • Attend breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of equipment and systems
  • Monitor and maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, and control systems
  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain records
  • Coordinate with production and utility teams for maintenance support
  • Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory requirements
  • Maintain shift-wise logs, breakdown reports, and energy consumption data
  • Support continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives
  • Guide and supervise electricians and technicians during the shift
