Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial preferred).
  • 4–8 years of experience in IMS/QMS in a manufacturing environment.
  • Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001/14001/45001 preferred.

 

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.
  • Good documentation and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Effective communication and training abilities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

System Implementation & Maintenance

  • Ensure effective implementation of IMS (QMS/EMS/OHSMS) across departments.
  • Coordinate internal audits, management reviews, and external certification audits.
  • Maintain documentation and records as per ISO standards and corporate guidelines.
  • Drive continual improvement initiatives through CAPA, RCA, and process audits.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Monitor statutory and regulatory compliance related to environment, health, and safety.
  • Conduct risk assessments and support mitigation planning.
  • Liaise with external agencies for certifications, audits, and inspections.

Training & Awareness

  • Conduct training sessions on IMS awareness, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and environmental consciousness.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and analyze system performance metrics (NCRs, audit findings, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly reports for management review and corporate reporting.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Production, Maintenance, HR, and EHS teams to ensure system adherence.
  • Support vendor audits and customer visits related to system compliance.
